The Website Process

Step 1

Discovery

The inspiration phase is one of the most important, as it allows us to see what makes you tick. Be prepared to answer questions about your business, demographics, marketing efforts, likes/dislikes, design preferences, and more. Yes, we want to know your favorite color, but we also want to know what your core business is and how your website can enhance that.

Step 2

We plan.

You gather.

Based on our initial meetings, we plan out your project. Here we talk about goals, costs, timelines and functionality.

While our team is planning, you'll be busy gathering your content. Text, images, PDF or video content can come from your existing website, marketing materials or maybe your working from scratch.

Step 3

Design

Develop

Your site will likely be designed/developed on the WordPress platform. It's generally the best option for small to medium sized businesses. We take all that was gathered in Step 2 and ensure it works to support the goals of your website. We may have to change some content, add or subtract some. We'll be sure your message and goals are clear and your customers feel compelled to take action and do business with you.

Step 4

Launch

Depending on the type of project and the setup and configuration of your existing site (if you have one), launching your site can be as simple as removing the temporary landing page. There may be some downtime when transitioning from an existing website, but we’ll work with you to make sure this downtime is minimal.

Step 5

Follow-up

We don't just disappear after your site has launched. We want to be sure you are satisfied and know how to use it. We will keep in touch and we hope you do too!

You'll be offered an ongoing care package. This is a maintenance plan that ensures WordPress and your website are updated.
